Subscriptions
Programs are monthly guided subscriptions from the Shop—coaching, tracks, and longevity workflows (not per-credit metering). Each active line bills until you cancel it.
Credit Plan is billed monthly like Programs—typically one active plan line per account. Your balance is summarized in the card above. Need more credits before the next cycle? Use Credit packs (one-time), not a second Credit Plan. Use Edit / Cancel the same way as Programs.

MonthlyPrograms from Shop → Programs. Edit the display label or next renewal date here; Cancel stops future charges (effective per your payment processor once billing is connected).

Backup & invoicing
If a charge fails, we may retry or notify you to update your payment method. For business or invoice-based billing, purchase orders and wire instructions can be attached to your account when your team enables them.
Card details are processed per PCI-DSS practice: this demo stores only brand, last four digits, expiry, and billing address. Connect Stripe (or similar) for live tokenization before production.

Orders
Every ClawdCare purchase is a bundle: physical hardware plus the matching cloud or guided service (subscription). Hardware ships from fulfillment; subscriptions bill on their own cycle once the device is activated or on the date shown below.
