ClawdCare commerce has four product types: Hardware (typically one-time), Programs (monthly guided services), Credit Plan (monthly subscription that credits your credit balance each cycle), and Credit packs (one-time purchases that add credits immediately—your top-up when you need more before the next plan cycle). The first three bill on a monthly rhythm where noted; credit packs are pay once per pack. Programs are monthly subscriptions. Each month the listed price is charged to your payment method on file until you cancel. If you also have a Credit Plan, that monthly fee is billed separately alongside this Program. Programs cover coaching, tracks, and longevity workflows (not per-credit metering). Manage them under Account → Billing & subscriptions.

Credit Plan
Monthly Credit Subscription
Credit Plan is a monthly subscription: each cycle adds to your credit balance for on-demand AI, console skills, automations, and cloud assists—separate from Programs. Your cart holds one Credit Plan tier at a time—picking a different tier replaces the previous. If you run through credits before the next renewal, use Credit packs (below) for a one-time top-up—not an extra Credit Plan line.

Credit packs add a fixed number of credits in a single charge. Use them to recharge when your monthly Credit Plan cycle has not refreshed yet. Packs are not subscriptions; buy again anytime. You can change quantity in the cart for multiple packs of the same SKU.
